You agree to indemnify and hold Flower Affair harmless from any claim, action, demand, loss or damages arising out of or relates to your use of this site, any purchases you make on or through this site, content you post or transmit on this site, any violation of these terms and conditions by you, or any violation of any rights of any person or entity by you.

All efforts have been made to check for errors in this website, however, errors may occur for which Flower Affair may not be responsible. In all aspects regarding to this site, changes may be made to the time of confirmation of order acceptance by Flower Affair.
Agreement & Acknowledgement
Whenever a sale transaction occurred between Flower Affair and customer, it is considered to have abided to these Terms & Conditions. Delivery until payment and any other applicable charges are received in full by Flower Affair.
On confirmation of order, customer deemed to have given Flower Affair consent to pay any charges mentioned in above clause on behalf of customer.
Confidentiality
All information customer post or transmit on this site will be kept confidential. Flower Affair does not warrant that this site or its services will be always available, accessible, complete, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free or free from viruses.
Account Maintenance & Responsibility
It is the responsibility of customer to maintain their account and the confidentiality of password. Flower Affair cannot prohibit minors or individual under 18 year of age from visiting this site. We must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising them to decide which materials are appropriate for view or purchase.
Do No Call (DNC) Provisions
The DNC Provisions, which have become effective since 2 January 2014, introduce certain changes to the way in which we may send you promotional and marketing messages and call you via your Singapore telephone number(s). Marketing messages are messages sent to individuals with the intention of or advertising; promoting or offering to provide goods, services or promoting the supplier’s products.
These changes will however generally not affect our sending of other types of messages via your Singapore telephone number(s), such as informational and service related messages, messages that are for business to business marketing, market survey/research or which promote charitable or religious causes, and personal messages sent by individuals.
Contacting You
Flower Affair aims to comply with the requirements of the PDPA and respects your choices.
If you have registered your telephone number with the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, we will not send you promotional and marketing messages.
However, if you have previously made purchases in store or online, with a registration of your Singapore telephone number(s) or email addresses, it deem consensus to our sending you such messages via your telephone number, we will continue to do so until you withdraw such consent.
Also, if you currently have an existing, ongoing relationship with us, depending on the nature of that relationship, we may continue to send you promotional or marketing messages via SMS or fax about products and services which are related to that ongoing relationship (Flower Affair’s Members and Newsletters). Your consent will be valid until you withdraw your consent.
